First Time Homebuyer

Preparation for homeownership starts long before the purchase takes place.  CDCLI will help you to become mortgage-ready by educating you about the buying process, pitfalls to avoid, and available funding opportunities. CDCLI can help make your dream become a reality.

Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Loan

A low interest rate loan for down payment and closing cost assistance is available for first-time home buyers to avoid Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) whose income is no greater than 120% of the area median income based on family size.

Homes For Sale

New construction and rehabilitated homes are available for eligible first-time homebuyers. Check out what’s available!

Rent-to-Own Program

CDCLI purchases homes, rehabilitates them to a high quality standard, and rents them to families who commit to purchasing the home within 3 years.

Voucher Homeownership

Housing Choice Voucher recipients are eligible for subsidies and innovative financing in order to achieve homeownership.
