Community Development Corporation of Long Island, Inc., in partnership with Parkway Village Estates, LLC, is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications to establish a list of potential applicants for 8 new two-bedroom rental units located within Parkway Village Estates, a 40-unit rental development located at 766-768 Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon, New York.
Parkway Village Estates consists of four 2 story buildings with onsite parking. Each unit comes equipped with in-unit wood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, central heat, and air, in-unit washer/dryers, and two full baths. Each unit is allocated two on-site parking spaces.
Waitlist applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and may only be submitted on-line beginning at 9:00 am on March 9, 2021. Mailed, hand-delivered, or duplicate applications will not be accepted. Program Guidelines and Income Restrictions Apply.Fair Housing Laws will be followed.
