• Home Repairs up to $5,000 for emergency repairs
• Must be owner-occupied single-family homes
• Household income cannot exceed 120% of the Area Median Income for Long Island

Type of repairs that are covered include, but are not limited to: Hot water heater; Heating system; Roof repair (due to leak); Wind damage (due to storm); Tree removal; Termite treatment or damage; Broken window(s); Removal of an oil tank; Chimney repair; and Basement leaks.

All loans will be secured on the home. The income of all property owners is used to determine eligibility. There is a $120 non refundable application fee. Loans funded by CDCLI Funding Corporation.
