Foreclosure Intervention and Mortgage Counseling
 
Are you late paying your monthly mortgage?

CDC Housing Counselors can help you evaluate your options with dignity and respect.
 
CDC Services:
     • Assess homeowners' circumstances and explain mortgage options
     • Develop a household budget
     • Establish a plan of action
     • Negotiate with the lender/servicer when appropriate
     • Provide referrals to resources for other needs/services
 
To complete a mortgage counseling appointment you must:
     • Provide copies of documents requested
     • Fill out Intake forms completely
     • Be able to prove it is your primary residence
     • Be on the property mortgage/deed
     • Bring your mortgage statement/coupon or recent correspondence showing loan number
