Long Island Green Homes CDC administers the Long Island Green Homes and Buildings Consortium which includes the Towns of Babylon, Brookhaven, Huntington, Islip, North Hempstead, Smithtown and Southampton, the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, NYSERDA, LIPA and National Grid.  The Consortium is raising homeowner awareness of opportunities to save energy.

Rental Assistance
CDC provides rental assistance to over 3,000 households on Long Island through the Housing Choice Voucher Program. We also sponsor affordable rental housing for seniors at several locations on Long Island.

Real Estate Development & Rehabilitation
We are dedicated to increasing affordable housing opportunities throughout Long Island and thrive on collaborative realationships with communities.

Small Business Lending
CDC provides loans and business training to small businesses throughout Long Island. Loans start at levels as low as $1,000 and are available in amounts up to $300,000, consistent with your business needs.

Weatherization Assistance
CDC provides grants and loans to homeowners for property rehabilitation and energy conservation improvements.
