CDCLI is dedicated to increasing affordable housing opportunities throughout Long Island that meet each community’s needs. Wherever there is opportunity and community support, CDCLI works with residents, government officials, community leaders, and other partners to accomplish affordable housing development.
Community Development Corporation of Long Island, Inc. (CDCLI) has a not-for-profit affiliate, CDCLI Housing Development Fund Corporation (CDCLI Housing), which is organized under Article 11 of the New York State housing finance law to develop affordable homes for Long Island. CDCLI has developed hundreds of units for sale and nearly a thousand units of rental housing.
