Centereach, NY – Marianne Garvin, President and CEO of Community Development Corporation of Long Island (CDCLI) announced during a press conference today, that funding has been secured for Phase I of Wincoram Commons, a redevelopment of the former United Artists (UA) Movie Theater in Coram.

Cathedral Place is a brand-new community located in the Town of North Hempstead, created as part of Seeking a New Vision of New Cassel and the New Cassel Urban Renewal Plan to improve the Prospect Avenue Corridor. Contribution to Upgrade Technology in Support of Sandy Housing Recovery Efforts
